ETC's Tech Team is here to help you with your networking and technological needs. Since technology is always evolving it is necessary to maintain upgrades and security settings to keep your PC running smoothly.

Labor
General computer repair or setup that is not specified as a flat rate service will be billed at an hourly rate.

Network Consultation
ETC's Tech Team will consult with you to recommend a network solution to fit your computer needs. If, as a result of our consultation, additional services or hardware are purchased from ETC your consultation fee will be discounted 25%.

Network Installation/Setup
Set up of your wired or wireless network will be billed at an hourly rate. (Does not include router, wiring, peripheral setup or other materials)

PC Tune-Up and Maintenance
Clean computer of temporary files, Run Disk Defragmenter, Run Scan Disk, Update Windows with latest security patches, verify your Anti-Virus software is up to date, review software that could cause your PC to run slowly.

PC System Rebuild
With customer provided original Operating System media (CD, DVD, disks), valid licensing information and necessary drivers, ETC can reinstall an Operating System and install the latest updates. Additional software, such as productivity software, can be installed upon customers request at an hourly rate.

PC Malware Removal & Security Setup
Cleaning and removal of malware (malicious software) from your computer, installation of antivirus and antispyware software (additional fee for software may be assessed) and complete all necessary windows updates. This service is only offered as a drop off service, due to the amount of time this process may entail.

Peripheral Installation
ETC’s Tech Team will install and setup up printers, scanners, digital cameras, gaming consoles, mp3 players, pda's, USB hard drives, etc. A minimum of one hour will be charged for any peripheral installation.

A member of the Tech Team will contact you for your approval prior to any hourly work being performed.

*ETC labor has a 30 day warranty. Labor warranty limited on spyware, malware or virus removal. Hardware sold will be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. *In office services will be completed in ETC’s Batesville office. Customer may drop off equipment at any ETC office. Completion time may be extended by equipment transfer. Tech Team will return equipment to the original ETC office after service is completed for convenient customer pick up.
